Charlotte Hamilton-Warr is the Head of Community at goConfirm with a diverse, multidisciplinary background in tech and a passion for building experiences centred around human connection.

Most recently, as a Product Lead at Thin Air Labs, Charlotte collaborated with more than a dozen ventures across Canada to conceptualise, build, and take to market innovative MVPs or grow and iterate on existing products in collaboration with their founding teams. Also at Thin Air Labs, Charlotte was a founding member of the Product Traction team, whose mission was to find paths to success for early stage startups.

Previously, Charlotte has also worked with Canadian-founded tech across community, CX, marketing, and product, including Wave Financial, 7shifts, LUS Brands, SV Academy, and Forward Security.

Charlotte holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Brunswick and attended the University of Toronto’s iSchool Master of Information program.
