Sam Pajot-Phipps is a Co-Founder and Head of Product at goConfirm. Sam is passionate about taking big ideas from zero to one. Over the course of his career, he has been a part of the founding team of multiple venture-backed startups, where he has led product, growth, and operations teams along the wild journey toward product-market fit.

Prior to goConfirm, Sam was the VP of Growth at Moves Financial Inc., a consumer fintech app for gig economy workers. From acquiring the first users in Pearson Airport’s Uber parking lot to being featured in the Apple App Store Banking category, Sam built and led a growth and operations team that scaled to support tens of thousands of gig economy workers using Moves for everyday banking. In 2022, Moves Financial raised a $5M USD seed round led by OMERS Ventures and was named a finalist in Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas awards.

Sam started his career as a Management Consultant in Deloitte Canada’s technology strategy practice.
