ScamSpotter – Terms of Service

ScamSpotter is a chatbot service made available by Confirm Identity Inc. (“goConfirm”) that is designed to review messages and media (e.g. a text message, email, image or other media) that you upload for an assessment of the likelihood that such messages and media is a scam or otherwise fraudulent (such assessment, together with all other outputs provided to a user through ScamSpotter, “Outputs”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING SCAMSPOTTER, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SCAMSPOTTER IS MADE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE ONLY AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR YOU OWN JUDGEMENT. GOCONFIRM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY OUTPUTS AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSURANCES THAT THE ASSESSMENTS ARE ACCURATE, CORRECT, TRUE OR TIMELY.  YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SCAMSPOTTER CAN, AND DOES, MAKE MISTAKES AND THAT ITS OUTPUTS CAN BE WRONG OR MISLEADING. YOUR RELIANCE ON, OR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE, BASED ON, THE OUTPUTS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Without limiting the foregoing, you understand and agree that: (1) ScamSpotter is provided ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ and, to the fullest extent not prohibited by applicable law, goConfirm disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral, including without limitation, warranties, representations and conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, reliability, completeness, accuracy, currency, timeliness, quality or fitness for a particular purpose; and (2) in no event will goConfirm, its affiliates, or any of their employees, contractors, shareholders, successors, assigns have any liability, whether based on contract, tort or any other theory of liability to you.

All right, title and interest in and to ScamSpotter are reserved by goConfirm.
