Raine Qian is the Head of Design at goConfirm, bringing a wealth of experience as a seasoned design leader with a passion for innovating and crafting human-centered digital solutions.

Previously, as a UX Manager on Shopify’s mobile admin team, Raine spearheaded a transformative shift in mobile admin experiences, introducing a new mobile design system that markedly improved user interactions. In her role as VP of Product Design at Tulip Retail, a mobile app platform built exclusively for next-generation store associates, she played a crucial part in scaling the design team and establishing key design processes, research practices, and a comprehensive UX strategy. Raine’s leadership not only cultivated a culture of design excellence but also nurtured design thinking and cross-team collaboration within the organization.

Raine holds a Bachelor of Design from OCAD University, complemented by her studies in human-computer interaction.
